BRAVO RECOGNIZED FOR EXCITING GROWTH

As we continue to grow, both in size and influence, Bravo Wellness is consistently named among the fastest growing companies in the wellness undustry. We are excited to announce that Bravo has been selected as a member of Crain’s inaugural FAST 50 class!

The Crain’s FAST 50 recognizes the entrepreneurial spirit, innovative business tactics and skyrocketing revenue growth of the 50 fastest-growing companies in Northeast Ohio. Crain’s Cleveland Business selected these 50 cpmpanies based on a combination of revenue growth and total revenue. Last month, Bravo announced a $22 million Series A minority investment from ABS Capital Partners, a leading investor in later-stage growth companies.

Bravo Wellness will use the proceeds to expand its sales and marketing efforts and to continue to innovate and expand its solutions. ABS Capital Partners Managing General Partner John Stobo will join the Company’s board of directors and General Partner Mark Anderson will be an observer.

“Bravo continues to see strong growth and an increased demand from companies and their employees trying to control increasing health care costs by employing innovative wellness solutions,” said Bravo Founder and CEO Jim Pshock.

“We wanted to make sure that we found a partner who sees the exciting opportunities we have, and ABS Capital is the right fit.”

Crain’s will announce the Top 10 list of fastest growing in Northeast Ohio during the 2014 FAST 50 Awards Reception at the Western Reserve Historical Society on Wednesday, November 5th.
