In-House Appeals:  We keep your program fair and guide participants through the process.

When “automatic” or “participation-based” appeals are administered, participants may just “breeze through” without really improving their health and the return on investment of your program could be negatively impacted. We recommend a different approach. At a minimum, it is vital to have a system in place that provides an alternative way to qualify if it is medically inadvisable or unreasonably difficult for the participant to meet a goal. In many cases, employers also allow alternatives in the absence of a medical issue. The key is to get each participant’s attention and help them manage what they should be able to control. We work with each individual and their own healthcare provider to determine a progress-based goal that is reasonable for them. This is a “high-touch” approach, but it demonstrates our ultimate flexibility, making the program truly reasonable for all.

Bilingual Call Center:  We provide a helpful voice at the other end of the line, not an automated response.

Bravo provides a live 8AM – 8PM Eastern time bilingual call center with trained customer support specialists to provide answers and support to our clients and participants. The satisfaction and success of participants is our top priority. We know some people might have questions or concerns while going through the program, and they can’t always be answered by an online FAQ or an automated telephone system.

Decision Support Platform:  We take some of the guess work out of choosing the right goals and incentives.
