Our seasoned leadership team understands what it takes to have an effective wellness plan. We’re business people who have run companies and been accountable for large teams. We know how to balance employee morale with an aggressive budget goal, and we know how to attract and retain the best employees while influencing them to lose weight, quit smoking, and become their personal best.

 

Our approach to wellness is rooted in technology and insurance services. This background has led to the development of a team with expertise not typically found at a wellness company.  With over 170 employees, we’re able to service a wide range of needs.

Our programs run on a SOC2 and HIPAA compliant custom-developed web portal.

 

Participants will have access to a user-friendly web portal where they can register for the program, schedule their screening, complete a health assessment, download necessary forms, view results, participate in health challenges, access health resources and more.  The portal also comes equipped with an admin center that will display real time company statistics.

We offer a complete communication package, including program education materials, email reminders, direct mailers, videos, and more.

 

Bravo will provide materials to help educate, inform, and communicate to your participants the personal benefits this program brings to their lives.  We will also serve as a neutral third party to ensure personal information is protected from you as their employer or any other unauthorized parties.

Our proprietary technology engine was designed in house and built for the expressed purpose of incentive tracking and adjudication.

 

Bravo’s technology can support participation-based activities as well as complex, outcomes-based programs that involve individual progress goals where necessary compliance measures are documented and time stamped.  It also supports our best-in-class appeals and alternatives services.

Our legal and compliance team provides guidance and support, enabling us to quickly understand and apply federal regulations while allowing us to appropriately advise our clients.

Screenings Team

If included in your program, the biometric screening process can offer significant results. We bring access to all of the top vendors in the industry, and we employ a team to manage the details every step of the way. Whether you have multiple locations for onsite events, send employees to their own doctors, or utilize clinics and home visits, we can accommodate your needs and guide you through the process.

Participant/Appeals Servicing Center

Participants will have unlimited access to an in-house, bilingual call center open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST Monday through Friday.  The call center assists participants with all questions regarding their program, including registration, screenings, results, and the appeals process.

Client Account Managers

We empower your HR team so that you can focus on the goals of your program while we focus on the details behind the scenes. Our dedicated account team will assess your needs and provide the necessary support for HR when it comes time to implement the program.
