At Bravo Wellness, we strive to guide you through the wellness program we administer that your employer has developed. You may have a lot of questions, and we’re here to help you down the path to good health. Here are a few answers to get you started.

Does everyone have to participate in the program?

No, participation in each program administered by Bravo Wellness is voluntary.

However, if you choose not to participate, you may miss out on significant discounts and may be responsible for paying an additional amount toward your health insurance premium.

How often do health screenings take place?

Health screenings offered by Bravo Wellness are performed at least once a year and typically coincide with your employer’s annual benefits enrollment period.

Who conducts the health screening?

Health screenings are performed by qualified health professionals contracted by Bravo Wellness or your employer.

Will my employer see my health screening results?

No, Bravo Wellness will not share your individual results with your employer. They will be given a summary of the number of wellness points each employee receives as a result of the screening, but will not know which category or any specific laboratory results.

How can the screening results help improve my health?

Your Bravo Wellness health screening results are a great first step in improving your health. By discussing the results with your healthcare provider, they can help you set goals and come up with a plan that will allow you to qualify next year for any points you might not have earned. This will also help you take advantage of the wellness materials and programs being offered through your employer.

What if I want to appeal my screening results?

If your screening results differ significantly from recent medical results, you may dispute a result by submitting supporting documentation within 30 days of the date indicated on your original results letter.

If you choose to dispute a result, or if your employer’s goals are considered unreasonably difficult due to a medical condition or are medically inadvisable, Bravo Wellness manages your appeal and provides alternatives for these goals.
