When stress is left unchecked, your employees aren’t bringing their best selves to work—and the effects can be long lasting and wreak havoc on their health and on your organizational culture.

Unmanaged chronic stress can contribute to many health problems, including high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, diabetes and depression. An estimated 75 to 90 percent of all doctors’ visits are stress-related.

That’s why Cleveland Clinic developed Stress Free Now, an online, six-week program that teaches clinically proven relaxation techniques to help employees reduce and control their feelings of stress.

This research study measures and proves the effects of Stress Free Now in its ability to reduce participants’ perceived stress and increase their levels of mindfulness, psychological well-being, vitality and quality of life.

I could physically and mentally feel the effects of reading and doing the meditations. It was tangible to me. I could feel my blood pressure dropping during my lessons after I had practiced the lessons for a week.
