Just as the T&M team was about to open their program, the COVID-19 pandemic caused them to quickly transition employees to a remote environment and canceled their on-site health screenings. Employees needed support and an alternate way to earn incentives.

The Solution

Bravo incorporated Navigating Change—a Cleveland Clinic coaching program—into their wellness program to support employees' physical and mental health throughout the COVID-19 pandemic while also filling the incentive gap in their program.
