18 Aug ENHANCING THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE: SCHEDULER MANAGEMENT TOOL

We are continually looking for ways to improve the client experience and have enhanced our scheduler tool to do just that. This tool allows clients to track which participants have registered, scheduled an appointment, or downloaded an approved form to complete their biometric screening.

By designating select individuals to have Administrative Access, clients can cancel or reschedule any existing appointments, as well as resend confirmation emails to each participant. They can also create a new appointment for those participants who have registered online. Additionally, clients will have the ability to download a variety or reports showing eligible participant status – who has registered, who has scheduled a screening, and who is screening offsite.
