Meet Kellie McLaughlin

kelliemclaughlin-circleKellie McLaughlin is a Human Resources, Health, Wellness and Safety Manager for Graco Inc. She has been with Graco since 1998 and is responsible for the Lubrication Division coupled with corporate responsibilities for managing the Health, Wellness and Safety team.

She has a bachelors’ degree in organizational leadership and over 30 years of experience in the various human resources disciplines. In her role, she is responsible for developing the wellness strategy for North America, program design, compliance, and staying apprised of “best practices.” She believes the key to Graco’s success in wellness has been the support from the President and CEO, developing a program that allows employees to succeed, keeping the program fresh with new engaging program challenges, utilization of data analytics and a partnership with the benefits team.
