According to the annual survey from the National Business Group on Health, employers show no sign of backing away from well-being programs and incentives:
- Average employee incentive climbs to $784, up 50% since 2013
- 86% of employers offer financial incentives in well-being platform
- 67% of employers plan to expand their well-being resources or programs over the next 3-5 years
- 29% of employers plan to increase total financial incentives offered to employees over the next 3-5 years
