Account Management

Our account management team has an average of 5-7 years in large account management and proven industry experience in corporate wellness. Your account executive serves as a primary point of contact and as the subject matter expert for developing your unique wellness, incentive and engagement strategies that fit your culture, internal resources and budget.


Our goal is to remove the work from your team’s shoulders. That’s why we have a team dedicated to keeping your program on track. We provide a clear timeline with milestones and regular calls for status updates, proactive escalation of issues with solutions, and insights to help you make better-informed decisions.


Marketing your program is critical to helping your employees engage in their wellness journey. Bravo’s in-house communications department customizes digital and print assets as part of a comprehensive campaign that motivates participants to engage in the program and educates them on their current health and how they can maintain or improve it.

Data and Analytics

Integrating claims and biometric data, plus the ability to create custom views and cuts of data, separates our reporting package from others in the industry. With Bravo, you don’t just get data—you get distilled insights that help you improve decision-making and your organization’s wellness strategy.

Bilingual Call Center

If your participants have questions or issues with registration, screenings, biometric results or the appeals process, they go straight to our call center—instead of your voicemail or inbox. We also leverage our call center to make proactive outreach to participants and drive engagement in key program steps and coaching.


Our compliance team reviews every plan design and provides regular updates and training to clients regarding the latest from Washington. Bravo’s compliance team watches for changes to the ACA, rulings from courts, regulatory changes from the EEOC, ADA, GINA and ERISA, and even state laws to keep you protected.
